The 38th Judicial Circuit for the State of Missouri is comprised of the Christian County and Taney County Circuit Courts.  Our court staff handles Civil, Criminal, Domestic, Juvenile, Probate, and Traffic matters. Above this screen you will find links to various information and services of this Court. Also shown above are links to the various divisions of the Court.
