Upon filing of a Petition, at least two checks will be required.  One payable to the “Christian County Circuit Clerk” for the basic filing fee; and one payable to the appropriate Sheriff’s Department for service.  You will have to contact the appropriate Sheriff’s Department for the correct service fee(s).

*Note: Any documents delivered without the proper fees will be returned.  Two copies of Interrogatories must accompany garnishments. All Court costs are to be paid in advance.
