All motions must be properly noticed to all parties. Depending on the subject matter, motions with evidence are heard in the order scheduled. Litigants are strongly urged to contact the appropriate clerk prior to scheduling after coordinating available dates with all parties. Trial settings must be obtained by motion and appearance or directly with the scheduling clerk with all parties’ schedules available. Trial settings cannot be requested by letter.
